Pasca operasi, Adele kembali melakukan pelatihan dasar vokal pita suaranya, Oktober lalu. Dia pun menyatakan untuk menghindari minuman berakohol saat Natal.
“Adele mengambil waktu yang tepat saat ini untuk melatih vokal dasar. Tapi dia lakukan itu secara hati-hati,” kata sumber yang dikutip NME.
Mereka juga menambahkan bawa, pelantun lagu ?Someone Like You? akan rehat dari berbagai acara pesta dan alcohol untuk menjaga suaranya agar stabil
“Dia (Adele) tidak akan keluar untuk beramah tamah (pesta), juga minum yang beralkohol. Ini dilakukan agar benar-benar kondisinya tenang,” jelas sumber.
Saat ini, Adele digambarkan sekarang ingin tetap low profile. Dia berharap di semester pertama 2012 bisa tenang. Tak ada konser, acara TV, wawancara majalah, musik, atau semacamnya.
“Dia hanya ingin santai dan menikmati istirahat dengan layak, tanpa tekanan untuk melakukan rekaman atau manggung,” paparnya.
Tersiar kabar bahwa, Adele sempat meninggalkan kota London untuk tinggal di perdesaan, guna menyelamatkan ruang tenggorakannya dari polusi. Dia juga dikabarkan memakai sebuah aplikasi suara computer di telpon genggamnya untuk berkomunikasi dengan orang-orang.
